Diva was founded in 1942 in Tel Aviv by Mr. and Mrs. Hirschthal. The business started small, making brassieres per order for the wives of British officers. In 1948 Diva started to manufacture swimwear using the know-how of brassieres and lingerie. Immediately, Diva started to export to Egypt and Lebanon and later to Europe and the U.S.A. In the 70's Diva became a name known for elegance, perfect fit, exclusivity in design and fabrics. DIVA by Rachel Pappo is now a leader in romantic designs that make every woman feel like a Diva.
